Salman Khan gets 5 Years jail in Black buck Poaching case. He has found guilty in the Black buck Poaching case after two decades. The actor was accused while shooting in the film hum sath sath hain in 1998.

Jodhpur trial Court  has sentenced to 5 years of jail and others accused were let off. Jodhpur District Presiding Officer Devkumar Khatri stated that Salman khan was guilty in killing 2 blackbucks which are an endangered species near jodhpur.He was levied a penalty of Rs.10,000.in 1998.

A 52 year old Salman had pleaded that he was being framed and stated that the black buck was died due to natural causes.

Mr.HM Saraswat, the defence counsel for Salman khan claimed that there are many loopholes in the prosecution and also failed to prove the case beyond.
